This has been a favourite place for dinner for us for 15 years. We stopped going the last few months as it was not the same as it used to be. We decided to go last Saturday night and spoke with our favourite waitress, who is a gem. Learned that the owner sold to a new couple. Could see the change already in the tidiness of the restaurant. The food was excellent, like the old Jim's used to be. We will be pleased to bring our families here again as the ambiance has improved that much. If this used to be a favourite, try it again.
this place was better before it was bought out ,service and food is either good or bad it's a gamble sometimes good sometimes bad no consistency.from what I can see, it is licensed and if you live local they deliver pizza nothing to write home about, prices are reasonable for what you get. easy for parking
We tried again at this place and I have to say that it is not getting any better. Some of the times we would go for lunch to see the server, and to find her outside waiting to get in.The owner would be late by about 30-45 minutes. He thinks this is okay but we still went in. The food is changeing and come on it takes so long to get a sandwich it's rediculous. When we went there again to take our out of town friends for dinner,the server replied to us that they didn't have some of the foods we wanted to order. What kind of place is this to run out of foods that are in the menu. This has happened so much that we are finished going there we said our goodbyes and that is it.This place was such a great place to come to WHAT HAPPENED?????????
My family and I found a 2 for 1 coupon for this restaurant in our mail box so we decided to try it out. I ordered a steak with vegetables and garlic toast and my wife and son had other dishes; I don't recall what. What I do recall is that the food was uniformly tasteless and unappetizing. The garlic toast was greasy and without flavour. Vegetables were overcooked and limp. The meat was among the worst I've had. Service was OK. Prices were far too high for the poor quality. We'll never return.
Took my girlfriend there and food was very good for the price, the only thing I did not like was the Ceaser Salad, not enough garlic. Service was good, overall very good. Prices are not to bad and with my 2 for one coupon ended up being a pretty good meal for the buck.
