You have to fill out some stupid card to order which, they do not tell you till you get to teh cashier. Then, Twice, they brought me the completely wrong sandwich and looked all pizzed off when I said it was not what I ordered. When I finally went back to the counter they said they did not even have the card I filled out and told me to fill out another one. My friend was already eating. I filled out another one and then did not even get half of the veggies I selected, plus they were out of my first 2 bread choices. The mushroom soup tasted Vile. I felt like I was going to puke when I tasted it. - seriously. WHat a joke. When we were almost ready to leave my friend finally went up and asked where his latte was that was ordered 15 minutes prior. Do Not waste you time or money - Tim Hortons is better.
