Well I only got delivery cause I was babysitting my nephew and they had a doorhanger coupon for dominos. I havent had dominos in YEARS so I thought trying it out wouldn't be too terrible. Turns out it was. The pizza took quite awhile (35-40 minutes on a WEDNESDAY), then the pizza guy came yada yada yada. Well our canadian pizza wasnt even sliced. Thats right our pizza wasn't even sliced. then, we discovered the added pineapple we wanted on the vege didnt have pineapple. the pizzas were lukewarm at best, and i microwaved mine because i like my pizza either next morning cold or burn my mouth hot. the sauce was plain, like ketchup, the dough just tasted like flour and the toppings definately left something to be desired. Even with a 2 for 1 coupon a medium pizza with delivery cost 20$. huh..... I could make better tasting pizza with a frozen pita and leftover scraps in my fridge thanks. Me and my dad actually fought over who should TAKE the leftovers. I lost so now it's sitting in my fridge.
Dominos is not worth the money. Go to panago, fresh slice or even the random cheap 2 for 1 places all over Surrey.
I recently moved here so when I wanted a pizza in my new house the first few nights, I ordered Domino's - I've had it all over the world and while it never excites, it's always consistently average, right? Wrong.
Pizza came 40 minutes or so and arrived warm-ish. I had to microwave it to bring it back up to temperature. Big dough bubbles and bare patches. Way too much space around the edges with no cheese. In fact, there were almost no toppings or cheese at all? It was like eating a big flatbread except I had to pay $20 for it. What few toppings there were fell off because there was no cheese to hold it all together.
I can't believe Domino's let's this franchise stay on?
I've found a new local pizza place which is great now. I recommend you do the same and avoid this Domino's.
