I was in the middle of a Surrey safari when I saw Costco and decided to get a bite to eat. The ambiance was somewhat dirty, but they had plastic tables where you can eat your chow and it is Costco not le Crocodile...
Service was somewhat impersonal, but it is a big box store after all. I was amazed to see they offer the 1/4 pound Angus burger with fries and drink combo. I asked why they have this and the clerk said it is because they don't sell ribs. Don't people here eat pork? Whatever the reason, I seized the opportunity and ordered the combo. The burger was huge and juicy and the fries were tasty and crispy. I (almost) couldn't finish. As for value, it was super-cheap. I wouldn't come all the way out here just to eat, but if I am in Surrey again I will definitely stop in for a beefy experience.
