Went in around lunch time while I was waiting for my bus. I grabbed a latte and a pannini..... sadly my latte was only a single ( I had ask for a double) and it was also made with the wrong kind of milk that I asked for.... I had asked for soy cause I am slightly lactose and milk bothers me sometimes. ( I can handle cheese and stuff.) I went up to the counter to say to the girl that my drink wasn't that one I order and in return I got a rude smirk and a BADTITUDE to the max. She did ever so kindly remake my Double Soy latte, but not before talking poorly about me with another employee right in front of me when they thought I wasn't listening or that I was out of ear shot. On top of pretty much being called an IDIOT by the staff, my pannini was burnt on the bottom. Needless to say I won't be returning.
