Small sports pub located in the heart of Surrey. Good food, great prices, cheap beer.
Came here for lunch the other week and had a great time. The staff were down to earth, the food was well priced and the portions were huge. The beer is also next to nothing, but the waitress did mention they have a wide selection of Schotches to choose from, but it wAS 1PM during a week day so I told her (b eing a Scotch lover)I'd come back on the weekend. So Friday whirls around and I show up around 7pm. It was pretty packed, but it was a good mix of people and a fair ratio of gent's and females. BOy she wasn't kidding about the scotch menu!!!!! As they say, the nights you will never foget are always the hardest to remember! Will DEFINITELY go back there and part take in the cnaucks game bus rides.
Stopped in at this little Pub, and we found it to be a
very friendly, comfortable and Great Pub!
Food was excellent, and the service couldn't have been better.
Also, very reasonably priced drinks, nice for a change!
The girls that were working, were fun and very friendly. Lots of Laughs!
Made for a Great Night Out!
Cheers...
I recently visited the bear creek pub. I used to go every friday night on the way home from work. All of the staff have left and the staff that are there are unfriendly unhelpful and have very poor serving skills. waited 10 minutes to be asked what I want in an empty pub and then the server decided to go out for a cigarette with what I can only describe as the cook! befor delivering it another 10 minutes later. Wont be going back all the good staff have left and taken all the goos service with them !!
It was my first time there, and me and three others went to to the patio to sit. After sitting for ten minutes I got up to let the barmaids know we were out there, even though we all walked by them on our way in. After getting our drinks and ordering our food we sat with empty glasses for ten - fifteen minutes at one piont, and our food took forty minutes from the time we ordered it, and it wasn't even that busy in there. The food was pretty good but the service was weak.
There is one ugly waitress, who does not make up for her looks in her service. Absolutely horrible, whenever she is working, we just leave and go elsewhere. Also, i think the owner's son wanted to go home early and shut the pub down at 6 while we were watching a canucks game. THERE WAS NO SIGN POSTED.
BUT, when she isn't, every other server has been quite deliteful. The wings used to be 25c a piece, but now they have a rip off deal of $13 for all u can eat. Regardless, still a nice pub.
i recently visited the bear creek pub and grill in surrey and was very pleasantly suprised. The food was excellent and delivered quickly and efficiently by a lovely english lady. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owner came in when we were there and takes the time to say hello to everyone and chat with patrons. We would definately return to this pub, lovely atmosphere and staff and excellent value for money food.
Went in for a quick bite before attending local play. Looked online for someplace close and decided to check them out. A little taken aback when we first walked in, smaller than it appeared. Service was good, orders taken promptly. The food was great. I ordered a steak sandwich and ordered it med rare thinking it would be closer to med. They got it perfect. The all you can eat wings were "FANTASTIC". The burgers were juicy and filling, 2 patties on the one that was ordered. The chicken ceasar salad was great and a perfect size for my husband. We are definately going there again. Thank You!!
