On No.3 Road just past Richmond City Hall, hidden by streetwork, one drives right past the S&W Pepper House...however a quick right and right again gets you into the parking lot; past the HSBC lot, turn right and voila! parking at the rear.
The restaurant is small and the menu correspondingly so; however there are some unique items: soup noodles in bowls as large as a pho house(all the other tables were chowing down on the different varieties of soup noodles), cooked slices of fish individually portioned in a basket, a small but reasonable priced dim sum menu(Shanghai and Szechuan style), Tan Tan noodles and a small lunch specials menu. I had a delicious Szeuchan cumin lamb special. The prices are modest, the food excellent, ambiance was nice and the service fine. I witnessed a lot of take-out orders. The food is much better than eating at a mall(like Yokhans). I eagerly await my next meal here.
