Pho Ten serves a menu of authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a focus on Pho.
I found Pho Ten a few weeks ago, and have been there on three occasions. Their Pho is solid, with steaming broth that isn't salty or oily. The pieces of meat offered aren't the regular dark meat discards you receive, rather you get large pieces of white meat. Today, I tried the carrot and beef stew over-top rice vermicelli, and it is probably my favourite dish.
Pho Ten is busy, but service is quick and attentive. I noticed today that their Vietnamese submarines are unavailable; not sure if that is a permanent change.... Sometimes, the restaurant can be extremely chilly, such that I had to wear my winter jacket during my meal, but the last time I was there, it was toasty.
I'm glad that there are alternatives to Pho Viet and Pho Lan on the south side of Richmond. The Pho here is solid, and I don't think that you'll be disappointed by a visit to this establishment.
