My friend and I had a great memory of eating at Paul's during the day when they are still at the Parker Place food court. In the recent years, they have moved to the Super Store complex at # 3. My friend was thrilled to find this place again.
While far from being qualified as a suitable place for a dinner date, the place does has its unique Hong Kong style feel. For anyone from HK you see Paul reminds you of the local cafe down at the street corner.
The quality of food is comparable with the major HK cafe in richmond. I usually enjoy their curry beef rice, with the sauce taste just right or their fried rice and noodle hot off the wok with fresh ingredient.
As for service, of course its not exactly a full service restaurant, but the co-owner lady does her best to make sure the tables are clean, taking orders and bringing food to the table. (Mind you the whole place is operated by a husband/wife team).
