Watch live entertainment at Lulu's Lounge in the River Rock Casino Resort.
What a ripoff!! $15 for crisp fried salmon sushi. 1 stinkin roll cut into 8 pieces. Plus 1 pound of hot wings another $15. Absolutely over priced. This lounge is located right in the River Rock Casino. My suggestion is to close down some of the slot machines and sell more food. It's only good business. At these prices I estimate a 500% return. The whole casino needs a new food and beverage manager. This casino is also home to Runway 26 Buffet before a name change to The Buffet at River Rock. Never have I seen such bad reviews about a supposedly high class buffet. River Rock should be ashamed they profit so much from gambling and return so little value to the patrons that eat there.
Went to the bar to grab some food before our show started. It was very quiet when we first arrived and took over 10 minutes for our server to take our order for drinks and food. Within that time 80% of the lounge was filling up with guests. This definitely became a problem with the staff as they were clearly unable to manage the crowd and gather everyones orders. The menu was basic to begin with so we ordered simple nachos and mini burgers. Nachos had no care put in to them. we watched our order sit on the counter for 10 minutes before our server found the time to bring us our food. The food was cold and tasted stale with no flavouring. We don't expect to receive 5 star dining at a casino but we do expect some decent food and service. The food also left us feeling uneasy.
