My friend recommended this place and stops by anytime he's going to be in Richmond. I ordered #3 on the special combo page. It's only $8.50 for 3 fried chicken thighs, rice with beef on top and some steamed veggies as well as a jasmine milk tea. The chicken is amazing! It comes out hot and crispy and the price is great. I was definitely full and could easily make this 2 meals by packing half to go. Decor is minimal with booths and tables but it's clean and the service is fast. It's right beside Richmond Sushi in a small complex with some other restaurants. I'm going back.

We have been to Liu's many times throughout the years and dined there couple nights ago. It's nice to see that this place is still consistent. Fave menu item is the deep fried chicken leg rice for $6.50 and what a deal it is for what you get. I usually only end up eating half my meal and packing the rest to go. As the previous poster mentioned, you get 3 drumsticks, rice with stewed minced beef and veggies. We also usually get the green onion pancake with beef which is pretty decent . The service on the other hand was a bit disappointing (and always has). It's a fairly small restaurant and ive only ever only seen 2 servers at one time. We were promptly seated but didn't get our tea until we asked for it after we ordered! But all in all, i would recommend this place to friends and still eat here about once every 6 months.

I've been here a couple of times and the food is quite good. We normally order their beef noodles, fried pork chops and veggies. Very basic decor, nothing to rave about. Parking can be a challenge in this plaza but lots of other places worth visiting such as Janice Bakery and Cuisson Coffee. Trying to make up 300 characters here.................................................................
