The only place in Richmond that will have seating cuz it's off the beaten track. The service there is great and friendly. I had the mentioned Chicken Fried Rice and it wasn't too bad - yes, a bit on the oily side (as with most HK places) but it was still yummy. Perhaps I was just too hungry to notice that day. =) Most of their hot plate and spaghetti/meat dishes are pretty good. My hubby always has the lamb/beef with spaghetti and it's pretty good. The coffee/tea drinks that come with the meal are good too. Not overly awesome, but pretty good for the price. At least the place is a lot cleaner than Kam Do I think.
Chicken fried rice: My first thought 'where's the chicken?' THERE WAS ONLY CHICKEN SKIN, NO CHICKEN!!! This poorly presently greasy dish had a FEW (understatement) slices of red pepper, and chicken skin.
Avoid at all costs! This is RICHMOND, there are TONS of better restaurants here!
Had the spicy Thai chicken fried rice. Experienced the same problems as previous reviewer: very oily, no chicken (only bits of skin), no taste. Tried their curry the other time, was a lot better tasting. I guess just order carefully... Price and service are average compared to other HK cafes. Place is clean.
