Anyways, I'm not a Hot Pot expert but I've tried several places before and they were good. Unfortunately, we made a bad decision to try this place out. We ordered a combo for 2 for $40 which inc/ veggies, 2 prawn, beef & chicken slices, pop and dessert. Each of us get to have our own hotpot.
Food: Sounds good right? Only if you're blind and your tongue is numb. The veggies were either rotten or dried up/brown. I was disgusted. How can a person have the guts to serve us such garbage? The meats were OK, but still, my appetite was long gone. Also, The comp tea tasted horrible.
Service: It wasn't busy and there were 2 servers. Somehow they forgot to turn on the stove for us. Also, it took them a long time to refill the soup base.
Value: Not worth a penny!
I recommend Hotpot One @ Aberdeen Mall or Chubby Lamb @ Alexandra Rd.
