Dragon View serves upscale Cantonese cuisine. This restaurant is operated by the Wah Wing group and was formerly known as Wah Wing Seafood Restaurant.
I've gone to Dragon View about 4 times now for Dim Sum and it has never disappointed.
Food comes out hot and they have the usual selection of things to choose from.
You should call in and book a table before going as it gets quite busy but dies down around 2:30 PM on the weekend.
It is on the more expensive side for dim sum, comparable to Sun Sui Wah.
Went with the whole family. Not enough selection on the menu. I am still dreaming about the chibese donut wrapped in rice roll with shredded dried pork on top. Best ive had anywhere. Translucent shrimp dumpling skins were total mush. Couldnt even pick them up without them falling apart. Wonderful service, suprisingly. Very attentive and friendly. Everything else was not memorable.
I tried it with my gf at weekday lunch time, we don't have to wait since it's not very busy. Food is OK except all deep fried dishes. The deep fried taro and salad roll are so many oil at the bottom that we can't finish it. The services and ambiance are not really bad and so I will give them a second try in the next few weeks.
