I had a awesome experience a few years ago where the cheerful sales gave me free bread because it was my second visit within the same hour because he recognized me and i brought my own bag. I went again last week and the salesgirl didn't even crack a smile during the entire time. no thank yous, i stood there waiting for a few moments after the transaction because i had assumed that she would hand me my purchases but no, she just left them on the side of the counter closest to her. If it weren't for the pleasant experience I had had a few years ago my opinion of cobs would go way down
