My fiance and I chose Christine catering after meeting with Christine and trying some of her appetizers. She seemed nice and was very positive. After many dealings with this company however we found that they were very difficult to deal with due to a lack of organization and many "mis-communications". On the night of our wedding there was no clear leadership from any of the serving staff and there appeared to be a major lack of communication from the owner/management to the serving staff which were actually at and working the event. In the end, the food was okay, the service was disappointing, and they tried to hit us with hundreds of dollars in extra charges for staffing that was unnecessary and completely not agreed upon prior to the wedding. I would not recommend this company.
