Simply the Worst
Submitted Tuesday, February 3, 2009 - 11:16am [Dine in]

I visited this restaurant last night for a birthday celebration with 6 guests. The room itself has a mish mash look to it, not sure if I stepped into a coffee shop or a sandwich place......There were a couple of other tables, it seemed they were just having coffee.......they were the smart ones......to say the food was bad is the understatement of the year! The pizza I ordered was inedible, worse than a bad frozen one, the other dishes ordered at our table were full of frozen processed food, and the presentation was terrible. Service was O.K, the poor girl had a lot to overcome!!
I will never return and I urge you NOT to try this place!!

I have visited this place many times through the years, the second to last time being early last summer......I was not impressed, however, in the meantime they have got a new chef and things are looking up, way up. The food quality was excellent when I visited last night, and the service very professional. I had a seafood terrine that was amazing, wild mushrooms in a cream sauce served in a puff pastry, (heavenly) and halibut with a lobster sauce......perfectly cooked and presented. Time was taken with every vegetable, everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The room may be a little old fashioned, but I spend a fair amount of time in France, and it's pretty typical. It's not all about spending 5 million on a swanky interior, it's all about FOOD!!!!!!! I will return here very soon, and encourage you to try it too!!!

on a recent visit to cin cin (i had not been for a long while) i was very disappointed. my husband and I had reservations, the place was packed and we were made to wait at the bar for almost one hour. not much attention was paid to us despite ordering an expensive bottle of wine and then another......after finally being seated, we first ordered an antipasto plate ($20) which was uninteresting, small, and not very tasty. for dinner I wanted pasta (don't usually order pasta, but figured ok this is an italian restaurant and should be able to turn out a decent plate of pasta...for $25!! alas it was terrible, the pasta itself overcooked and the bison so tough i could not chew it...i did complain and the waiter offered to take it off the bill, but at the end of it he didn't and i paid for it anyways.....can not recommend this place i guess its just for the tourists (tourists with money!!)
