This is my second time dining at Bo Kong Restaurant. The first time the service was just ok, but the second time the service was "HORRIBLE" and i mean HORRIBLE. The waitress was very rude to us. We said we needed a couple of mintues to look at the menu, but she just stood right there and forcing us to order. After the meal we had some food left over, so we decided to pack it to go. We also ordered some food to go. It took 10 minutes for them to give us a to go box which we asked for it 3 times. It seems like they dont even care about our table. Once we had everything packed, we ask for the bill. We asked for the bill 3 times and no one bought the bill over to us. We were sitting there for more than 10 minutes. Someof the server was chatting with other servers. When the bill came i didnt even have enough time to look at it she took it away from me. Then i was pissed off already, so i went to the counter to get my bill. She printed me another bill which was $10 more than the first bill she gave us. Then i was like this bill is not correct and she knows it not correct. I'm like we only ate 3 dishes here and the other 6 dishes we ordered to go. The restaurant clearly states that to go is 10% off. The first bill she gave it was 10% off the to go orders. The second bill she just added everything together. During the whole dining experience she was very rude and didnt even say thank you. For 3 people we ate almost $100 of food for lunch. Spending $100 and getting this kind of service. Seriously, this is really poor customer service.
