Special Fried Rice - not bad but not great either. It comes with shrimp, chicken (i think..to bland to tell) and unrecognizable fish pieces.
Deep Fried Spicy Squid- in a very thick batter, rubbery in texture, and extremely dry.
Roasted Crispy Chicken - Rubbery uncrispy skin, dry and oversalted dish.
SERVICE: Arrived on a Sunday 6ish pm on a half empty room. Came here with my partner, we were not seated until 10 mins later because the host/owner thought we were there for takeout.
Didn't get served with tea by our server. When asked, she said because they we're not Chinese! I guess they only serve tea if you're Chinese, and being a paying costumer is not good enough. I said I've been to other Chinese restaurants and they always serve us complimentary tea, doesnt matter if Im Chinese or not. She decided to give us the tea anyways but then she gave us attitude the whole time we were there.
VALUE: I know this is a seafood restaurant, but I dont see the reason to inflate the prices so much. For three mediocre dishes, it cost us almost $35. And for the service you get, you're better off eating at a chinese fastfood on a mall foodcourt.
AMBIENCE: Picture this!. Dark and dingy room sorrounded by cheesy oriental decor, wood panelling walls, rude servers, and a clueless owner.
Would I recommend this place? Obviously Not!
