Best sushi I've had
Submitted Sunday, July 16, 2006 - 1:11am [Dine in]

This place is absolutely amazing!!! It's my friends birthday and we came to celebrate and ordered a lot of sushi because we were hungry. They have the funkiest sushi flavors that I still crave till today. The service was amazing, they constantly refilled our tea, and near the end they brought out ice cream w/ a candle in it for my friend for her brithday which was nice considering we were only a party of 3. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a fancy japanese restuarant to go to, but definitely not a regular outing cuz it's super expensive for what you get. BUT WELL WORTH it

Where's my bacon?
Submitted Sunday, July 16, 2006 - 1:06am [Dine in]

My friends and I decided to try this place out for breakfast because of it's lovely ambiance. I have to say that it is quite funky and we enjoyed looking around, but that was as far as our enjoyment went. I ordered the Quebecoise Omelet and an orange juice and sadly I was the only one that had problems...perhaps because my order was to complicated. First of all, I wanted a small orange juice which was 2 dollars and he gave me a large which is 4 dollars. btw, the orange juice is from tropicana SO NOT WORTH $4.00. I left it because I didn't want to nag or for anyone to spit in my food. The food took about 30 minutes to come which is long but it gave us time to talk. But when I got my food that's when the problem started. I dug in to my yummy omelette and wondered where my bacon was. I didn't want to assume anything so i just kept eating hoping the bacon was somewhere in sight and it wasn't. Att he end i was so pissed off my friend just gave me half of her italian sausage!!! while we were paying the manager i assume was standing right in front of us while we pay!!! saying how good the service was while we were paying. We felt so uncomfortable because he was watching us pay that we just wanted to leave!!! Overall, food isn't that great and if you want this type of ambiance just go to a museum at least you'll get what you expected there.

Quick and Cheap

My boyfriend and I consistently come back to this place because it does take out greek food for a good price. The food is really good, and they always take less than 20 minutes to get everything done. I totally recommend going here. We always get the lamb/chicken soulvaki or the platter, which is always filling. Nice ambiance, looks like you're in a boat.

Too bad so sad

This restaurant was originally recommened to us because their food is suppose to be pretty good, so we decided to give it a try. We made reservations for 7:30, but by the time we got to our seats it was 7:50. But that was ok, most chinese restaurants are like that anyways. But it took them about 2 hours to finally bring out 3 dishes that we had ordered, it does not take 2 hours to make 3 dishes. I mean, I can understand if they were crazy busy, but people who came in after us were getting their food before us. And the food wasn't that great either, probably can get the same quality food elsewhere that provides way better service. I will never go back here again!
