why even bother coming here?
Submitted Sunday, April 5, 2009 - 12:59am [Dine in]

ok since there is only few AYCE Korean restaurants in BC me and my friends decided to try this one. The service was abolutely terrible. the service was slow but the food didn't come to our table as we ordered. we got 7 people and we were all hungry so we ordered like 3 seafood pancakes since each was pretty small. but they only gave us one. and the seafood pancake only had one piece squird in there the rest was pancake. the BBQ, Korean style fried chicken, and fried Gyoza were only ok and didn't really impress me. I would rather spend more money on other Korean restaurants that have better service and tastier food. I won't definitely come back again.

I have been to this restaurant couple times. their sashimi with shredded radish is the must-try. (haha hopefully they have licence to sell Japanese beer because beer + sashimi = heaven) and others are ok. they don't take reservation so you have to wait during weekend as the place is fully packed during weekend. overall the food is not so bad.

good food poor service

the food there is absolutely delish. the seafood pancake, the spicy rib hot pot, the appetizers, and fried noodle are awesome. but the service is kinda terrible. the waiter told me that they don't serve appetizer until the main course is served. but come on!! i have been to other korean restaurants and they all serve appetizers even before the main course. we have waited for our food to come without any appetizer to chew and it was quite frustrating. furthermore, some food came really slow and i have asked the waiter to check but he completely ignored me or even gave a sorry-i-am-so-busy-no-time-for-u face.

not bad for pizza-lover

i sometimes order pizza here. their pizza source tastes great and the owner is quite friendly. the pizza they bake is always fresh and hot and ready to serve. their Basil and tomato pizza, baked with pure oliver oil, is the must-try. but i still think it's alittle bit overpriced. if their price can go lower i would definitely go there more often.

well this is a really nice place to try really creamy puff. they have a variety of flaovrs incuding original vanilla, green tea, chocolate, and coffee flavored cream puff. I have tried this place couple times and can only tell myself to eat one only. why? because if I have a second one I might as well puke. 1 puff is good enough and above 2 is really sickening me and my appetite. and they usually sold out flaovrs like green tea and chocolate really quickly in one day. when i go there for a puff they always have original vanilla floavor puff left.

amazing Sukiyaki place to try
Submitted Monday, November 10, 2008 - 2:03pm [Dine in]

Posh is the awesome place for people to try if they are really into Japanese Sukiyaki. the meat and vegetable served there are fresh and the presentation is fantastic. and the service is awesome. the waitress even gave us the proper instruction of how to cook and eat Sukiyaki to bring out the really Japanese Sukiyaki flavor. the only downside is that I personally think that the pot they provide us to cook the food is too small. we have to wait for the food to be cooked then the food will be finished really quickly (me and my friends, totally 4 hungry men) then we have to do another cycle of cooking then wait for like 5 mins until the food is ready to be enjoyed.

my friends and I have been to this restaurant regularily. this place is awesome. they serve delish chinese food and the food comes really fast. and they have many choice for us to decide. we particlular like the spicy food here because it really brings the real flavor of typical and traditional chinese cuisine. the price is affordable as well. the only downside is that the restaurant is quite small. particuarily in weekend we might have to make reservation and be there on time since there is always alot people going there.

best Unagi sushi in Vancouver
Submitted Monday, November 10, 2008 - 1:35pm [Dine in]

I have been to this restaurant couple times and I can only say: the best Unagi (eel) Sushi i have ever eaten in Vancouver. the chef really used fire torch to grill each piece of eel before he serves it to us. and they tasted really amazing. the chef and his wife (the waitress) are really friendly and the price is really acceptable. I would definitely introduce this restaurant to my friends and go back there to taste the Unagi sushi again.
