I first went to Santorini's back in 98 or 99- and we're talking a-m-a-z-ing. The portions are generous, the food is mouth-watering, the spices are fresh, the flavor is incredible and we have to be rolled out the door every time. Salmon Dinner? Slow roasted Lamb Dinner? Kalamari? OMG, I'm salivating right now. You haven't had ketethes until you've had them at Santorini's- no meat tenderizer means the spices permeate the meat to perfection. On several occasions I've lucked out and had their home-made humous on the day they've made it, and my friends and I practically licked the bowl clean. The serving staff is always warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is lovely, and the dessert is just as much to die for. Highly, highly recommended to all!

We always go to this Shabusen location for group lunches for coworker parties, etc. If you order all at once, you don't have to worry about trying to hunt the servers down because it is very, very busy at lunch time (but we love the buzz!) Regarding some of these negative ratings here - we've never gotten food poisoning from Shabusen however we never order the Korean barbeque. Perhaps these people are not cooking the raw meat well enough or you need to turn the burner higher? As long as you stick to the sushi / sashimi menu, order at once and be consistent with your server then your 'expensive item' orders won't be such a problem. I think every all-you-can-eat sushi places do that!
