Had dinner with my wife and daughter and the server was too slow. For some reason, she is obviously serving other tables ahead of us. We waited over 20minutes just to have water and dessert. Even though we asked for the check in advance so we can go home as soon as possible, it still didn’t come until my wife had to go to the kitchen area and talk to the server. When she told the server that we just need the check, the server told her it’s busy and her tone was not apologetic at all. She eventually served the dessert and apologized but that’s after I asked for the manager to talk to us. Generally, all of the servers there are not friendly at all. Our glasses were off to the side of the table empty but nobody bothered to give us water. 1st time to dine here because of the DOV and it is most probably the last.
