We have been going to the Bedford house since is first opened about 30 years ago.First ,all the way from North Vanvouver and later from Abbotsford.
We loved the setting ,ambience, the food and its presentation.
We had many family celebrations at the Bedford House.
In the last few months everything seems to have changed.
The service personal has changed and with it the type of elegant service we were used to at the Bedford House.
Menu and prices seem to be the same but the food is tasteless, parts of the listed ingredients on the menu are not available when ordered and the presentation reminds of meal available of a family diner from the 1950 th.
We will try once more this year and hope that what seems to be a new management has come to their senses by employing a proper chef and professional servers.
It is sad to see a great restaurant go downhill.
