I have been going to this Starbucks for a long time and they have stepped up their game with some new staff editions. Starbucks is Starbucks, so you can expect consistency with the coffee etc.... It's the staff that make the difference. In particular, there is one guy who has been there about a year now who is really friendly and always welcoming. His coffee is always good- I've never had to return it. Now if only ALL the staff were as good.

In my experience, this restaurant has poor customer service. The staff are not customer service oriented which I would have expected them to be since they are in a customer service industry. A server can make or break an otherwise okay experience. Here, the service did not help make my impression of this restaurant favorable in the slightest! The food is good and the ambiance is nice (although a paint touch up might be in order), but if you are looking to be talked to in a pleasant manner, I would recommend finding somewhere else to dine.
