I went there on a Wednesday night, I don't know if there was any particular reason for the lack of any other table in the entire place. My Dad was with me and said that he goes there often, and it is usually busy.. so maybe the ambiance is better on busier nights. Regardless, the food was fantastic, rich and creamy dressing on the ceasar salad, and desert was delicious. I loved the specials all written out on a blackboard which is brought around to your table, bistro style. Our dinner was really delicious, well presented and all in all it was a very enjoyable meal.
We found this place by chance. We were just walking past and feeling hungry! The food was really good. My boyfriend ordered a caesar salad and you always think you know what to expect there, but it was actually quite interesting when it came. Order it, you'll see.) The martinis were excellent and the waitress never once let us run out of drinks. She paid attention and was there whenever we needed anything. All in all, it was a really good experience. The atmosphere was very relaxed and cool with rounded booths, perfect for sitting beside. :) We will definitely be back.
This is one of those places I will definately go back to. The food menu is not all that extensive, the drink menu has far more options. Everything I have tried there has been absolutely delicious. The spring rolls, ahi tuna and snapper boulliabase were very, very good. The night we went was not too busy but the ambiance was good, a little bit darker inside which makes it feel more private than it is. The view of False Creek was really nice.
