For value, I would recommend any of the "plates" above the sandwiches themselves. The falafel sandwiches are a little plain... just iceberg luttuce, tomato, and the patties. Not very filling.
The "plates" on the other hand, for around $6-8, are a great value. I find you can make roughly 2-3 wraps worth with the portions, and it also includes cucumbers in the salad, which is a bonus for me as it's not included on the regular sandwiches for some crazy reason!

This is one of my favorite sushi places downtown. Veggie rolls are tasty. I've been told their soups/udons are wonderul.
The tofu-avocado salad has a very yummy dressing, and the tofu and avocado themselves are always very fresh... Veggie beware, this item includes fish stock! I had visited Kitto 3 times and had asked every time if there was any meat or seafood products in the dressing - and it wasn't until the 3rd time I got a straight answer, that there is fish stock in the dressing. VERY dissapointing to know that they either didn't care enough to check or couldn't understand my English inquiry. The service is usually very friendly, but I only gave them a 2 cause they REALLY have to smarten up when they're hosting vegetarians!! This is basic stuff!
