(2.5) (2.8) (2.8) (2.8)Ambiance is one of the best on Broadway.Great prices I think for the variety.Food is flavourfull and staff very very attentive.Sat at the bar with chefs,enjoyed conversation.
Again,very broad selection.Miso was a little weak but cheap priced beers made up for it.
This is my favorite noodle place (Viet) on Kingsway. Straight forward noodle.This stuff is very healthy and great to stop at late at night.Sometimes can be full of sketchy people,never park below!
Classic Canton dishes.Service was fantastic.Prompt and very clean.Felt a little formal but it was refreshing.Substantial portions at decent prices.
Would recommend this location.(Next to Burrard Skytrain)
Well,it's not what I was expecting last month when I visited with 3 friends.
The atmosphere was supported by the overpriced average food.Meaning you pay to sit in this place at the edge of Chinatown.Fusion idea is cool if the portions are substantial and the experience passes for an a real creative filling fusion.
Staff was a little slow and not very friendly (could be a bad server??)
Most people were actually drinking a nibbling.Nothing really to keep me going back.
I disagree is glop or bad food,hardly greasy.
Standard/Above Standard Chinese food,great Beef dishes,staff is the best in the city.They can control all sorts of mayhem that may occur from the drunk kiddies who stroll in from Granville Street nightclubs.

Excellent congee of course (and you can have bad congee out there).Broad noodles are great.Quick service and clean place.It is a family palce and you always feel welcome there.
Always go back,2 times a week sometimes.
Horrible service,they missed the whole point to decent customer service.
Slow! and no tea refill.Got the feeling we were not welcome there at all.It was like the staff see's people all day long and you are just another one who will pay and leave.

Kitchen was slow,was overcharged for Seafood Congee,staff was slow (10 minute wait while waitress chatted with friends).
Place was dirty and bathroom was worse.
I would stay for lunch but will avoid during dinner.
I can agree with above mentioned review. Straight forward late night Chinese fare. Great to hang out in. Cheap priced beer - Zhujiang beer - was a deal!
Service was fast and table were clean,overall it is a standard place with no real outstanding dishes.
