Always a pleasure dining here! The food is wonderful and the prices seemed reasonable. Servers are very friendly and energetic. It's a great place to dine or just relax with friends. They do have fine choices of appetizers!
this place is just another pho restaurant you've seen. there's nothing new or special about it. good thing about this place is that they don't keep you waiting until you're sitted because well the restaurant is fairly large.
Hon's has one of the best chiense food you'll ever taste in vancouver at very reasonable price. This place is jam packed during dinner times, which is kind of self explainatory. Although the service isn't so good, it's forgivable since the food is great!
Why go to Church's when there's KFC in 2 min drive away? The quality of this place is just poor. Their chicken is greasy and the place isn't so clean. Washrooms were dirty. Employees were very unfriendly.
one of my favourite places to dine in this area. however it's a shame that they don't take reservations on the weekend. line ups could be crazy depending on what time you arrive. the food isn't perfect but it's reasonably priced. servers are friendly and the service is relatively quick.
Been to this place for years and they never let me down. Some of their appetizers are very good. Servers are friendly and efficient. Love going to pasta tuesdays! Great place to watch the game or just dine and chill with friends.
the food was ok, prices seemed reasonable.
pros and cons about the individual grills.
pro - it's something new, fun
con - during busy hours, it'll take forever for your servers to change the dirty, burnt grills for you.
the place itself is very nice. i would visit again
I've been to this place for couple of times after shopping at the aberdeen centre mall (only because guu wasn't open). Prices are reasonable for what you get. Servers don't speak much English though, which could be a little annoying, but they didn't mix up my order or anything, which was good. If I'm visiting that area again, I think I'd give it another try.
A friend of mine and I decided to try this place with the dine out van menu. At the cost of 15$, I had a tiny portion of shrimp cake as a starter, tiger prawns which only had 5 pieces of tiny prawns with a bowl of rice as the main course and a 1/3 of deep friend banana with tiny scoop of mango ice cream for desert. Which wasn't too bad until the waitress charged us $3.50 for two very tiny pots of hot tea. I liked their drink special though, 'Woman on Top', which had a nice blend of coconut milk and malibu along with some canned fruits. $51 for two after tip wasn't too bad considering it WAS a three course meal after all. But again, i can go to any other asian restaurant and get so much more for the same price.
This is one of my favourite all you can eat sushi restaurant in lower mainland area. The quality of food is great and the prices are reasonable. Service is just solid, not great not terrible. Parking is not easy.
It was my first visit to Ginza and I wasn't expecting anything special. Although it is a relatively small restaurant, the interior design was classy, as well as their linens. Food was good but nothing speicial. The waitresses seemed very nervous, however i appreciated their effort and positive attitude. I would definitely visit here again.
I do not understand why this place is listed as one of the best Japanese Restaurant in Coquitlam. I've been there quite a lot of times (wasn't my choice), and all i can say is TOO PRICEY for what you get. The quality isn't bad, but it is just ok. However I can sure say they have crappy service.
Been here quite a lot of times, and was never disappointed with the food. Good food at very cheap costs, how wonderful is that? Although the communication with the servers were somewhat difficult as they speak very little english, their service is relatively quick. The only problem I encountered was dirty dishes and linens.
I went in to have lunch before my appointment at the clinic next door. Everything on the menu was a bit pricey but the quality of food you get isn't really worth what you pay for. I'm not saying it was horrible, rather it was just OK.
I've been to Sushi California for quite a lot of times ever since it opened. Although I have to admit their quality of food isn't the best, your next visit is likely because of the quantity of food at a reasonable price. You should see the thickness of their sashimi pieces, not to mention the size of their rolls. The only disappointment is the service. I know the restaurant is almost always busy, but i have to wait for over 15min just to place an order and wait another long long time before my food is ready. Not to mention that i have to see my food sitting on the sushi bar for another 10 min because the waitresses won't bring them over to my table. The waitresses do not refill my teacup until i ask them several times and they always seem confused and unfriendly. Despite the horrible service, the quantity of food keeps you visiting again.
