We just recently hosted a wedding reception ceremony here at the Kirin seafood Restaurant after much recommendations from friends. Though the restaurant was beautiful, the food was not that great and neither was the service. We paid close to $20,000 for a party of 230 people excluding alcohol, so we were expecting very superb catering and service. The service was not too bad only until they got your money.

How you treat your customers after the event is just as important as how you treat them before the event. I was hoping to leave a fairly large vase there so that my florist can pick it up the next morning but was told that i have remove it from the premise immediately and when I was asked to come pick you the platter that was holding the cake, I was hoping that they could at least rinse off the cream, but nope...all I got was a dirty cream-filled platter stuff in a garbage bag handed to me.

After this treatment, I feel that Kirin failed to deliver the great customer service that I thought they would. Once they have your money, their service fly out the window. I dont think I will ever be back to eat at this restaurant again after this reception experience!!!
