My wife and I visited the Orange Room for lunch. We realize that food in restaurants will not be perfect everytime so we usually put up with alot. This day the food that my wife ordered was unedible. When we told the waiter he said it is usually good. I told him that I am sure it is 'usually' good but here try it....anyways short story my wife had two bites and pushed the plate away. The waiter knew that we did not like it and took it away. When the bill came we were charged for that dish. My wife said to the waiter are you not going to remove this item? He said that he was sorry but the manager said not to remove the item. I tipped the waiter as it was not his fault but am not happy with the manager (who is the daughter of the owner). If something a restaurant serves is not edible and the patron has 1 or 2 bites and is done then clearly the food was not good enough. To tell us at the end that you have to pay is not good service.......I will not go back.
