this tiny restaurant is a great place for sushi. great rolls, the people always greet you. I mean all the workers there, including the chef. greet you when you come in, greet you when you leave. the food is incredible. I seems always fresh. I just discovered the cut scallop sushi roll. wow, that was incredible. and the yam sushi. never knew they existed. my favorite is the sashimi. always fresh. it is not a fancy place to take a date to, but it is great for take out or eat in with friends and family.

well. let's start by saying I am actually surprise at some comments. I read the reviews and I cannot believe some of these comments. We made reservation for a big group on mother's eve Saturday celebration. It was an incredible evening. we had a great buffet thatincluded beef, roast lamb, chicken, few kinds of Lebanese appetizers, dessert, etc. the band was incredible. they had 2 bellydance shows and best of all, all mothers in the restaurant were honoured and their names were mentioned one by one and they were all brought to the middle with a big cake. My mother was so happy, she really felt special. It was an incredible night and each one paid $25 for the evening and buffet. that was a great value for such a night.
I have been there on other nights with few middle eastern friends and we ordered from the regular menu, and they always compliment how great the food is and how it reminds them of back home. I find the portions huge as well. I love that restaurant and their ambiance and atmosphere, especially now they made some changes and renovated and opened the patio with a view of Vancouver. Definitely worth the money and time.
