I've been to Mumbai Masala several times now, and have always had a good experience. The food has always been very good, and the service is usually pretty solid as well. We've just about tried all the dishes on the menu at this point, and the vast majority have been very good.
My only real complaint is that the prices are a little bit high.
Naanwich is a place that I frequently visited in the summer while working in the area. Though its a little over-priced, the quality of food is actually surprisingly decent for a sub-sandwich alternative.
If you're looking for a quick bite, Naanwich is definitely worth checking out. I've had the butter chicken Naanwich a number of times, and recently tried the lamb and ginger - both were pretty good.
My only complaint is the portions are not very big - so make sure you ask for most of the veggies on your naanwich, otherwise you'll be a little hungry afterwards
I've been to Sabri's twice - the first time I went was early into dinner service (about 5:00pm). Unfortunately, it seemed as if all the entrees had been left to sit under a heat lamp for several hours, as they were dried out and not very hot. The only item that was decent was the Kheer (rice pudding), which was not all you can eat - you only got one included with your dinner
The next time, I thought I would try the lunch buffet. The food was not dried out at least, but the quality was still very mediocre. Chef Omar's pledge to you is to serve you "real" healthy food, free of chemical additives; maybe he should also try serving quality food.
The Naanwich 4 doors down has impressed me, however - if you were thinking of going to Sabri's - try the Naanwich instead.
