Enjoyable evening

I'd tilt the scale towards "very enjoyable" w/taste outweighing cost consideration. Currently, an excellent display of socially aware photography to look at (we bought the book!). Service good, albeit sometimes "scattered". Live music would work well in the size of venue.
The prices weren't out of line, if one either budgets or has a good line of credit.

Great food, unbelievable value!

This place was recommended by a co-worker. I now get my lunch here quite often. This deli & lunch/take out counter provides a variety of three entree choices daily. The choices, their flavours and related sauces are excellent. Rob & Ben are informative, everyone's friendly. As to the food, you'd pay twice as much for less at many restaurants. Since it's in Lonsdale Quay, ask for a plate & get a nearby table in the rather spartan nearby dining area or sit outside and enjoy the view! You DO have to return your dishes and cutlery, but that's a small price to pay.

Brought a "foodie" friend here recently. The three of us shared a number of plates, great food, very good music on a Saturday night and a warm, inviting atmosphere. While some may not get the tapas concept in place at LoLo, a number of these plates provide a broad range of tastes and textures. We look forward to going back when the next opportunity arises. Very nice selection of cocktails, wine by the glass and beers. Well done, Mr. Moller!

We've found the service to be very professional, unobtrusive and welcoming. The food was excellent, the value to be what one would expect for an establishment in this downtown location. Our server, James, was very pleasant. I would urge anyone, especially for those about to attend the nearby Orpheum Theatre, to make a reservation well in advance and look forward to our next visit.
