Great experience at this brand new joint! Menu has enticing items like coconut crusted tuna, shrimp gyoza, spicy pork gyoza, lobster motoyaki, and a great selection of specialty rolls. The highlight of the night was the okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake)- filled with shrimp, mussels, and tender squid. Came to table cooked in a sizzling cast iron plate. Tempura was fresh and light. The accompanying sauce was so much better than the usual bland stuff. Decor is lovely. Service was extremely friendly, although I hope more attention to detail will be paid once they've been open longer. This will definitely become a neighbourhood favourite

Just horrible. Singapore vermicelli was inedible- had the strangest taste to it- I actually threw it out (!!)- I love this dish and it was the worst version I've ever had. Chicken with black bean sauce on rice- completely flavourless, clumpy overcooked rice, and overcooked vegetables. Small portions to boot! $10.99 for each and not even close to how big other Chinese places give. Never, ever again. Waste of money.
