Went with a few friends that were visiting from out of town. So it was one of those once-in-a-while nice restaurant nights. The restaurant is new, therefore not alot of people knows the place, weird thing is they ask us to go from the back door. But the good thing is they have parking in the back. Therefore, it is very accessible both ways.
Service:
A bit slow. Our waitress was nice but she didn't make her rounds very often. I find that alot of the waitress stay inside the bar, as well as talking to the people who sat at the bar. Once we asked her to take a picture for us but she said she'd be back as her hands were full, but however she was quite polite and apologized after when she remembered.
Food:
Unlike the typical of a higher end dining restaurant. The portions were great for sharing, delicious and well prepared. A little bit pricy. Think of it as a Tapas restaurant with an asian twist. Most of the dishes had some asian/chinese origin to them.
Ambiance:
Romantic, ecletric. The dining room was very nice - think Irish House with chandeliers hanging down from a very high ceiling. Too bad we didn't get seated at the booth.
Good thing about this restaurant is they open for lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late night. They even offer wi-fi in the afternoon so I can probably get some work done while enjoying the space and the delicious food.
Will definately go back to try out the tea time menu.
