I work in an office and we do large lunch orders frequently. This is the second time we have ordered from Andrea's and we didnt happen to have a menu on hand. We were told there was one in the phone book and we found a different one online but there were no lunch specials. I called in to see if they were able to fax over a copy of their lunch menu to which she responded, "Ummm our fax machine is broken so NO.", I then asked her if she could maybe just tell me the specials so I could write them down. She responded, "I dont know what you want for lunch today so no I cant help you." then proceeded to hang up the phone. Another person called in the orders and didnt have any complaints. Nearly an hour and a half later our lunch had still not arrived. So I called back in to make sure everything was ok with the order. The woman who answered the phone told me, "We have one driver working all the time, so be more patient it will get there when it gets there." and then again hung up the phone before i could respond. I have never been treated so horribly by someone I am getting food from. The total from our order was over $90.00 and you would think they would like the business. Dont even get me started on the food, my rice was over cooked my chicken was dry, the sause had exploded all over the bag on the trip and my greek salad had no dressing on it. not to even metion that everything was cold because it took almost 1 hour and 45 mins to get to us. Overall maybe I just have bad luck but no one in my office and definately me will NEVER been ordering again and will be sure to tell other people about this dreadful service.
