I was there with a group of my friends during a cheap beer night to watch hockey and have some food. The beer was fine, however the food not so fine - in fact quite bad.
For $15 I ordered the Jambalaya and figured I would get something decent - not so. The whole dish was dry. The sauce was dry like the whole dish was made by using a few scoops of undercooked instant rice and placing the meat/sauce/veggies over top(which looked like it came fresh out of a can)!
I called them to let them know my experience, seems the manager attributed it to poor service(thought perhaps the dish was sitting out too long before the server came and brought it over). I am not one to complain in front of people, rather be polite and use tact. Either way, seems the manager just shrugged it off. I will continue to go here for cheap beers but won't be eating their food. Not worth the price and you can get a lot better out of a can!

Ever since finding this gem in kits, it has been a favorite for grabbing lunch. The food, all prepared fresh, the coffee and tea selection will never bore anyone's palate. Two years and counting I have tasted new creations. The reason why this place doesn't get 5 stars on service and ambiance is that it gets crowded and busy too easily. Then again what would one expect from a place that has great food and a friendly staff? One good thing about this place, compared to other 'hole in the wall places' is that it is VERY clean. It is so clean that customers often help out by giving their plates/dishes back to the staff when leaving, just because no one hates to look guilty for creating a mess in such a clean environment!
