Ah, memories, chopsticks clinking while eating a bowl of noodles... Sam Wa used to be an excellent restaurant. They used to have chef's who turned out delicious food. Currently the food is more miss then hit, their new chefs cannot cook. The quality of food is like fast-food food court Chinese food. On top of that they've changed the portions of the food! Any main dish you order will be half onions, now I wish I were kidding but this is the truth. They used to have delicious egg rolls that were homemade, now it tastes like frozen mass produced crap egg rolls. Weekend's used to be full of people enjoying dim sum here... their food is so bad now that even during dim sum the restaurant is practically empty.

This is a relatively new Chinese restaurant that is already extremely popular. The lunch buffet is $9 and includes salt & pepper prawns as well as at least 20 other dishes! The dishes are tasty and freshly prepared (they always refill with warm food).
Highly recommended for a quick and filling lunch or dinner ($12).
We've been to buffets all over the place and we've yet to come across one like Dynasty, their food tastes better then most non-ayce restaurants.
