I come to this sushi place all the time. It's changed owners three times now and this is by far the best. The service is one of the things that keep me coming back. The servers are always friendly and eager to help, as well as quick and attentive. The menu provides a good selection and the ambiance is relaxing. The food is consistently good and the prices very reasonable. A nice little neighborhood place.

When one of the dishes arrived and we realized it was not what we ordered I let the server know but she argued with me that is WAS what I ordered! She even went to the extent to pull out her little notepad to show me what I had asked for! I KNOW what I asked for, if she wrote it down incorrectly that's her problem, but I couldn't believe she actually argued with me! She angrily took the order back and got us the correct order but by then I had lost my appetite completely. When we asked for our bill we asked if she could split it for us and she said no, their computer doesn't do that. So I asked if we could pay separately, just by dividing the bill in half, and she said sure and got us the bill. She went back to talking to the other server and never came back. We had to walk up to them, then without a word one of them just walks over the the debit machine and completes the transaction. There was no manager to speak to, but I doubt that would have made a difference anyway because customer service is definitely NOT valued at this restaurant and obviously not incorporated into their training. I will be taking my time and money elsewhere.
