Why didn't I know about this place!
Submitted Saturday, April 28, 2012 - 5:06pm [Dine in]

My friend and I stopped in after shopping. This is a small cafe size sushi restaurant and the place was full. Gome Ae, Dynamite, Cruchy, Salmon sashimi, Prawn Tempera, Aga Dashi tofu. Crunchy was by far one of the tastiest flavour profiles I've ever had. My friend is new to sushi and with the help of Dream Sushi, I'll get her eating more of it. She said she could eat a Crunchy Roll every day. Service was spot on. They forgot the dynamites initially but quickly got them out. Not an inconvenience at all. Prices were inline with other sushi establishments but food quality raises my evaluation. Typical sushi restaurant decor but well above average quality food and service. You're definately getting a better quality product here. Staff was pleasant and thanked us for coming in. We left with menu's. I may not want to go anywhere else.

The hidden gem
Submitted Saturday, February 23, 2008 - 9:09pm [Dine in]

A wonderful little hidden gem in my old neighbourhood. Traditional Asian decore in a cozy setting. The restaurant is staffed by the owner and his family. The fresh hand pulled noodles were so tender and it was very entertaining to watch them being 'pulled'. We had them in our Won Ton. Dumplings were perfectly cooked. Steamed Shanghai buns were great. Service was warm, friendly and timely. Our order to go took no time at all and came with heating instructions from our servers mom. Although this was our first visit, we will count ourselves as regulars from here on.
