Went to Metro last night with some friends and we had a great time. THe server as cute and very informed. We had some drinks in their beautiful lounge and then had dinner. We had a few bottles of wine from their extensive yet smart wine list. I had the Yearling Beef chop which was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were like nothing I have ever tasted. My girlfriend had the Seafood trio which she already wants to go back for. Everybody else loved their food, especially the crab stuffed prawn appetizer.
They do it right and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went to East Grill for dinner with some friends and all I have to say is I am so happy to have a place like this in my neighbourhood. I usually go downtown for good Asian style food but now I don't have to.
We ordered Lettuce wraps, spring rolls, crispy sushi and thai chicken bites and a chicken Pad Thai. We shared everything and had a bottle of wine to wash it all down. The wine list was great as was the food.
I have never had lettuce wraps or sring rolls that were this good. The ambiance is ok but not to much colour. I will be back once football and hockey season start so that I can check out the big screen TV.
I highly recommend you give this place a shot.

went here after a walk on the seawall with my wife. I was amazed at the eggs benny. I have eaten them in the finest hotels and these were the best hands down. the place is very friendly and from the omelet my wife had to my latte served with a slice of fine chocolate it was great. I would recommend to anyone.
