My wife and went in for a decent meal before a movie. I ordered a philly sandwich and she ordered the stuffed cannelloni. My sandwich was just ok, but the stuffed cannelloni was brutal. It came to the table half frozen so we sent it back. The waitress told us she would have it re microwaved for us. Microwave? Why are microwaves even in kitchens......? When the waitress brought it back surprise surprise it was still frozen, or at least the chicken was. We asked for our bill at this point and left the food. A manager came over and asked if everything was ok, so I told him we were not happy with the service and the food. He said sorry and hoped we had better luck on our next visit. Next visit? umm I dont think so. No discount given. Nothing. All this while they have "fresh, fresh, fresh" sign all over the place. Anything you put through a microwave is not fresh by my standards.
