My hubby and I visit this little restaurant when we want something different than the usual food flair.

The owner always greets us with smile and calls every "friends".

While the decor needs a upgrading, the food is delicious, especially the guacamole! My hubby thoroughly enjoyed the Steak Milanesa, which was wonderfully flavorful. The people at the next table were raving about the homemade jalapeno hot sauce.

The portions were a good size and we did not need dessert. If you do want dessert -I recommend the deep fried banana - yum yum.

Unfortunately, as there is no liquor license, there is no beer to cool the taste buds but Coke is fine with us.

The restaurant holds up to 16 people. Sometimes it is packed and other times you can find a seat quite easily.

It was voted best mexican restaruant in New West for the past 6 (?) years.
