The food is great, but don't go if you are looking for a bargain and get cranky to the point of acting out after a wait in a long line and a potentially longer wait for your food after ordering. The staff can give as good as they get, but I haven't had a problem with them and I can pick a fight with almost anybody. It's not a fine dining experience- doesn't try to be- it's a shack with a grill and a fryer and too few seats, located in a parking lot.

Beware: many of the negative reviews here may be a malevolent line-shortening tactic. If so, it isn't evidently working.
