My wife and I dine out once a week, and have sampled many restaurants in North Vancouver. We are now into the habit of going back to Mythos at least once every two weeks, and have been doing so for the past seven years. In fact, we'd be happy to go every week. Why? First, we are welcomed by name as we enter, and the welcome is always warm. Second, the attention we receive once seated is the best we have experienced. Service is always quick and friendly, and the staff bend over backwards to please us. They anticipate our every need and wish. Third, we are confident that, no matter what we order (and we have now settled on a few favourite entrees), we are going to enjoy the food. There is always more than enough, and we usually bring a doggie bag home. Fourth, the restaurant is always full and bustling, and there is a warm, friendly atmosphere. Fifth, they make the best Spanish coffees in town. Our neighbourhood simply wouldn't be as attractive as it is without Mythos.
