Wanted to test this Authentic Hunan fare. Here is our Observation

Food Quality :
Food is not really Authentic as per most of the comment and earlier reviewers. Sort of a mix between Hunan and Sichuan mix. Good amount of spice. We would rate food as good and needs still few types of twill to become excellent

Food Quantity:
No Questions. Portions are huge as any other Chinese eatery

Service:
Service is OK but 2 disappointing events

> They will get your bill while you are in mid of eating
> They force you to pay tip. Wow Shocking. I was thinking that Tipping is always depending on Satisfaction of the consumer but not a forced event. Hmmmmmm!!!
