Great 'themed' interior, great location from which to people-watch, a somewhat limited menu but delicious food. The milkshakes are excellent. Prices are quite reasonable, although the wine is overpriced.
The servers are sincerely friendly, and have a sharp sense of humour. If you come back, they'll likely remember you.
I highly recommend Hamburger Mary's for a casual meal.
The tortilla soup was served luke-warm, and the main course lukewise. When I told the waiter that everything was cool, he took away my plate, and returned within a minute: he'd only added more rice and beans, not (re)heated anything. The extra rice and beans were still only luke-warm, and the burrito was cold by this point. When I said so, he implied I was lying by saying, "I don't know how hot you want it, I can't make it any hotter," and wouldn't do anything about it.
The beef burrito was bland, and had a questionable consistancy inside, which tasted more like there was some chicken skin amongst the beef, but it was dark, and I really didn't care to find out at that point.
The "Tequila Gold" lime margarita tasted like it had been made from tequila and Sprite.
About a half hour after dinner, I had to stop in at a store to pick up some Tums and extra strength aspirin, to quell the nausia and headache.
I love Mexican food, but I was extremely disappointed by Andales. This has to be the worst 'Mexican' food I have ever eaten.
