Rosa's Cucina Italiana2331 Clarke Street, Port Moody
Charming

This little restaurant is adoreable! Me and my friends have frequented this restaurant since our first visit. The food is excellent. Homestyle italian food with huge portions, easily one of the best cream sauces I've ever had. The servers are charismatic and friendly, and the owner is the nicest woman you'll ever meet. The pictures all over the walls signed to Rosa add to the ambiance, it's a very homey place. Remember to come early though, it's tiny and popular (for good reasons) and seats are hard to come across!

One of my Favourite Little Spots

This restaurant is great. I often go here with my friends when we need our sushi fix. The food is consistantly good. The service is far from excellent, however. Many of the servers are cold and distant, which is a shame, because the ambiance is outstanding. The little koi pond is one of the nicest features in any Japanese restaurant I've visited. The food isn't overpriced, but its certainly not cheap. I definitely reccomend everyone try this place at least once!

Very Impressive

I absolutely loved this little restaurant. The ambiance is great, exactly like some of the little restaurants I visited in Japan. The servers were all very friendly, if slightly rushed (this place is always packed!). The food was great. Not only was it delivered quickly dispite how busy it was, but it tasted wonderful. Best motoyaki I've ever had! I'd reccomend this restaurant to anyone, but come early, or you'll never get a seat.

Definitely Not Great

My first experience at Kitto was far from pleasant. Although the staff was very friendly, and we were seated quickly, I have yet to have worse Japanese food in Vancouver. The nori in my sushi was soggy, and my miso, most confusingly, was sour. Overall an unpleasant experience that I would not reccomend.
