Of all the AYCE places in south bby area, this is the best. Though we prefer it's other location on broadway, this place is great too. I've been here around 10 times in the past 2 years, with most recent beng last month.
Services vary from good to bad. It really depends on your luck.
Food has always been solid here. We enjoy their dinner menu because it has a good selection of sashimi, including our favourites beef tataki and tuna tataki. They always serve it at the perfect temperature with green onions on top.
Beware of the rolls though, sometimes they are stuffed with rice on the outside.
Also beware of yam tempura, their servings can be giant at times. We always joke they want to make us full from rice and yams...
All in all, I'd definitely return to this place with friends.

My parents and I have came here a total of 3 times. Every time we were greeted with the friendly waiter or waitress. We always order the same thing: 1/2 Western BBQ burger and a BLT sandwich, one with a side of fries and one with a side of salad. The first time we had our burger, there was an deep-fried onion ring on it, which was tasty but weird. The next two times the burgers came with cameralized onions, which was much tastier.
Fries are awesome here, it's BOTTOMLESS PIT FRIES! And because there's 3 of us and we only order one entree with a side of fries, it's very nice of them to let us refill fries twice. All 3 times we used an entertainment book coupon, so needless to say the meals were very good deals.
My parents are not a big fan of western food, but this is one place we will return to! I plan on showing my friends this place too, it's the perfect setting for a gabfest-meal. Why? Well, it's never crowded. The place is very clean and pleasant looking, seats are big couches with lots of window choices. (Though the view is just a parking lot/lougheed high way..but a window is a window).
